Fulton County Schools partners with Chris 180 to provide on-site and virtual counseling services to students during the school day and after school at low or no cost. To refer your child, please download and complete the referral form and waiver below and email the fully completed packet to CareTeam@chris180.org or contact Cliftondale's Guidance Counselor, Dr. Ford, at fordb@fultonschools.org.
